拜科技所賜,智慧穿戴裝置結合動作與生理訊號感測器等,能偵測在活動時的位置、距離、速度等動態行為訊號記載、追蹤與監控身體各種生物資訊。本研究探討國軍人員配戴相關智慧型穿戴裝置,是否得以增強體能與改善睡眠障礙,並評估智慧型穿戴裝置有條件於營區使用之可行性。研究採用實驗觀察法與訪談方式進行,以現行市售各常見的運動穿戴裝置如Apple watch或小米手環等,對測試人員進行身體運動及睡眠訊號量測,透過觀察血氧、心率等數據評估運動成效。睡眠則是通過記錄睡眠時間長度、深層睡眠、淺層睡眠與 REM 快速動眼期睡眠等睡眠數據,並接收科學建議培養規律睡眠,通過監測到的心率變異性,可分析自主神經功能評估,如精神壓力、緊張與放鬆程度以及睡眠質量等作評估及紀錄身體相關活動之依據。 研究結果發現: 測試人員經過一個月使用智慧型穿戴裝置後,無運動習慣人員,身體質量表現皆向上提升,並透過訪談發現,配戴後人員皆有規律睡眠及檢視身體狀況趨勢。
Thanks to technology, smart wearable devices combine motion and physiological signal sensors to detect location, distance, speed, and other kinetic behavioral signals during moving, track and monitor various biological information of the body. This study investigates whether the wearing of smart wearable devices by army personnel can enhance physical performance and improve sleep disorders, and evaluates the feasibility of using smart wearable devices in the camp. The study was conducted using experimental observation and interview method, using common commercially available sports wearable devices such as Apple watch or Mi-Band wristband to measure the physical exercise and sleep signals of the test subjects, and to assess the effectiveness of exercise by observing blood oxygen and heart rate data. Sleep data such as sleep duration, deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep were recorded, and scientific recommendations were received to cultivate regular sleep. Through the monitored heart rate variability, autonomic function assessment such as mental stress, tension and relaxation, and sleep quality could be analyzed to assess and record body-related activities. The results of the study revealed that after one month of using the smart wearable device, the physical performance of the participant habits improved without exercising.
