Human stress has been listed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a global human epidemic in the 21st century, or a disease of modern civilization. The pressure on military personnel not only comes from getting along with family members in daily life, that is, not being able to accompany and take care of family members or children, but also must endure military missions and exercises. These pressures are emotional factors that affect officers, soldiers, and soldiers in the army. Therefore, how to reduce the work pressure of military personnel is an important issue. The considerable stress that comes with working in the military can affect emotions and even physical and mental health. Through literature discussion and the association between lifestyle and stressors, observable questionnaires and interviews were designed, taking officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of a grassroots army as the research object, using a simple mood thermometer to understand the emotional state of military personnel participating in the questionnaire survey and the emotions caused by work pressure, and explore their physical and mental state. The data collected from the questionnaire survey is collated and analyzed as the results and reference of the research. Regular compensatory leave allows military personnel to take care of their families and lives, reduce stressors, which in turn can improve their mood and ultimately naturally improve their physical and mental health.
