使用智慧型手機的導航系統,不但可提升生活品質更可增進工作效能。本研究針對大學生使用智慧型手機的導航系統之意願與行為進行探討,採用問卷調查進行研究,以大學生的性別、工讀經驗、每月花費與智慧型手機使用經驗為基本變因。探討其知覺有用性、知覺易用性、與效能滿意度。研究結果發現,大學生普遍認同使用智慧型手機導航系統,不但可縮短搜尋目的地時間,也可容易到達目的地。而對郊區定位收訊滿意度則是一致認為不好。不同性別對智慧型手機導航的操作與效能是存在較大的差異,還有大學生隨著其每月花費越多,對使用智慧型手機導航功能的滿意度越高。而有工讀與無工讀的大學生意見差異最大的是手機導航系統,景點搜尋功能滿意度。因此大學生確實受到性別、每月花費的金額、以及是否有工讀經驗的影響,對智慧型手機導航系統的使用操作、功能與效能、及整體評價,會有不同的感受與喜好。後續的研究可擴大問卷調查規模與探討各變因間的關係。
Using navigation of smart phone could improve not only the life quality but also work efficiency. In this study the university students’ behavior and willingness of using navigation of smart phones was investigated. The study uses a questionnaire with four basic factors, i.e., gender, work experience, monthly cost, and experience of smart phones, of the university students for collecting the required data in order to explore the perceived effectiveness, perceived ease of use, and satisfaction on performance. The research results are as follows. University students generally agree to use smart phone navigation systems, which not only shorten the search destination time but also make it easier to reach the destination. The satisfaction of positioning at suburbs is unanimously considered bad. Moreover, there are differences in the operation and performance of smart phone navigation between male and female students. The more the student spends per month, the higher the satisfaction with the smart phone navigation functions. There is a difference in the satisfaction of search function between the students with part-time job and the students without job. In general, the factors, i.e., students’ genders, monthly cost, and working experience, could influence the user behavior and satisfaction with respect to operations, functions, performance, and over-all preference. The further study may include extending the questionnaire as well as exploring the correlation among the factors.
