「Maslow需求層次理論」探討居家服務員經驗傳承與精進方案-以某基金會為例

摘要


本研究以居家服務員提供寶貴的經驗傳承作為蒐集資料來源,以質性研究的訪談法進行研究,研究者查詢居家服務對於居家服務員的寶貴經驗傳承和精進方案方面,有關在過去的文獻相關探討較為不足,期藉由此研究能對居家服務做更多面向的了解和探討。 完成居家服務員經驗傳承的蒐集資料後,以馬斯洛需求層次理論的生理,安全,社會,尊重,自我實現需求層次的滿足後予以解釋分析和研究發現。經訪談後發現居家服務員的工作調適良好和持續服務,與馬斯洛需求層次中的各項需求的滿足有很大的關聯性。藉此居家服務員的經驗傳承的各層次需求的滿足以分類,也依收集經驗傳承資料以提出個人需求面,工作環境需求面以及政府需求面等三方面的各精進方案。 居家服務員個人精進方面建議是比較容易達成,例如:自我計畫有關投入紓壓課程、定期休閒計畫、參加宗教活動、結合同儕支持團體,可避免造成更多居家服務經驗繼續流失和居家服務員之間保持正面循環與支持的力量;另在政府需求面及工作環境需求面可提供多寡,居家服務員確實無法完全掌握,期藉由以上相關研究發現,提供給居家服務各相關人員,居家服務提供單位及政府單位作為政策與管理的參考依據,有助於打造一有尊嚴、有學習、有發展的長期照顧人力精進的環境。

This study uses home-based waiters to provide valuable experience as a source of data and conducts qualitative research interviews. Researchers inquire about the invaluable experience of home-based caregivers for inheritance and refinement of programs. Related research in the past has been more relevant. Inadequacies, through this study can do more understanding and discussion of home services. After completing the collection of information on the inheritance of home-based waiters, the interpretation, analysis, and research findings were made after Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory was met with physiology, safety, society, respect, and self-fulfillment. After interviews, it was found that the work of the home-based waiters was well-tuned and sustained service, which was closely related to the satisfaction of various needs in Maslow's needs hierarchy. In order to meet the needs of the various levels inherited by the home-based waiter, the classification is also based on the collection of experience and information for the presentation of personal needs, work environment demand, and government demand. It is relatively easy to reach personal advice from home-based waiters. For example, self-planning related to input pressure courses, regular leisure programs, participation in religious activities, and peer support groups can prevent more home-service experience from escaping and between home-based waiters. The positive cycle and support are maintained; however, it is not possible to provide full control over the demand side of the government and the demand side of the work environment. The above-mentioned related studies have found that the related services provided to home service providers and home service providers And government agencies as a reference for policy and management.
