以六自由度運動平台運用於單兵武器射擊模擬分析研究

摘要


單兵自動武器在進行射擊過程中,常因運動方式、受力情形、槍口震動、膛壓、彈頭出口速度、人為等多種因素影響,導致無法精準射擊。因此,本論文希望藉由六自由度史都華平台做為模擬,來改善單兵武器射擊精度。 為了克服上述的問題,本論文結合史都華平台運動的優點,利用其承受能力及精度較高的特性,設計出一種可模擬單兵武器作動之系統。然我們利用單兵武器剛體結構受力膛壓動作狀況和單腳架可撓體構造在射擊當中發生的變化,與兩者間造成的耦合現象,來配合單發射擊模擬進行討論。 研究結果發現由於單兵武器在射擊時,其後座力會使得彈道穩定性及精準度下降,但若我們將單兵武器架設於一平台,且此平台可以對該步槍施予一力,方向相反於後座力,將後座力相抵消,我們期望在此設計下可以提升自動化武器的彈道穩定及精準度。

Individual automatic weapon during the shooting process, often due to motion, force case, muzzle shock, a variety of factors chamber pressure, bullet exit velocity, and other man-made, can not lead to accurate shooting. Therefore, this paper hope that by six degrees of freedom Stewart platform as a simulation, so personal weapons fire, since improved accuracy.In order to overcome the above problems, this paper combined with the advantages of movement Stewart platform, using its affordability and high precision characteristics, design a personal weapons to simulate actuation of the system. However, we use personal weapons rigid structure bore pressure force action status and monopod flexible body structure changes which occurred in the shooting, the coupling between the two phenomena caused by single shot to match the simulation are discussed.The results found that because of personal weapons at the time of the shooting, the recoil will make ballistic stability and accuracy declined, but if we will be erected on a personal weapons platform, and this platform can be administered to the rifle Yili, direction in contrast to the recoil, the recoil phase offset, we expect next in this design can enhance the stability and automatic weapons trajectory accuracy.
