本研究之目的在於探討:(1) 探討在對於食用油的油品認證及改革方案的發想有哪些?(2) 探討在選擇食用油方式及食用油是否符合選擇的期望?為何選擇該廠牌? (3)食用油產業罰款制度:有效性與改善空間,大眾對罰款的滿意度」 本研究採用訪談的方式和案例分析的方法,設計出訪談大綱九大問題,與多名受訪者進行訪談後,將訪談內容彙整成逐字稿,並針對訪談大綱所提出之問題, 獲得以下研究之結果: (1)受訪者對於食用油的選購,可藉由訪談資訊彙整完成後做個比較。 (2)本研究提出了一些建議,以引導未來食品法規的修改。首先,政府應增加食品安全事件的風險預警和監測,及早發現問題並採取措施。總體而言,食品安全事件對食品法規的修改起到了重要的引導作用,促使政府加強食品監管和管理,確保公眾的食品安全權益。我們也需要正視食品安全問題的複雜性和挑戰,不斷完善法規,提高監管水平,共同維護食品安全。
The purpose of this study is to explore: (1) To explore what are the ideas for oil product certification and reform plans for edible oil? (2) To explore the method of selecting edible oil and ether the ible expect meets ? Why choose this factory? Card? (3) Edible oil industry fine system: effectiveness and room for improvement, and public satisfaction with fines." This study used interview methods and case analysis methods to design seven major questions in the interview outline. After interviewing multiple interviewees, the interview content was compiled into a verbatim draft, and based on the questions raised in the interview outline,Obtain the results of the following studies: (1) Respondents’ differences in purchasing edible oil can be compared after the interview information is compiled. (2) This study makes some recommendations to guide future changes in food regulations. First, the government should increase risk warning and monitoring of food safety incidents, detect problems early and take measures. Generally speaking, food safety incidents have played an important guiding role in the revision of food regulations, prompting the government to strengthen food supervision and management and ensure the public's food safety rights and interests. We also need to face up to the complexity and challenges of food safety issues, constantly improve regulations, improve supervision levels, and jointly maintain food safety.
