輔導機制介入對手機成癮之影響-以高雄市某高職為例

Intervention of Counseling Mechanisms on Smartphone Addiction: A Case Study of a Senior Vocational High School in Kaohsiung City

摘要


手機已成為許多民眾生活中不可或缺的一部份。高中職學生的手機使用率極高,也衍生出手機成癮和偏差行為等相關議題。本研究主要目的包括: 一、調查高中職學生的手機使用行為,二、分析青少年手機成癮的危險因子(個人、家庭、學校等層面),三、了解高中職學生與網路成癮高危險群在各類偏差行為方面的差異。本研究採質性之研究,藉由深度訪談輔導教官3位、班級導師1位及輔導教師1位。研究結果顯示,輔導機制不僅在短期內有效降低了手機成癮行為,更對學生的長期行為模式產生了積極影響。通過持續的輔導與教育,學生逐漸養成了健康的手機使用習慣,並能在日常生活中運用所學的時間管理與自我控制技巧。這種長期影響不僅有助於學生的學業表現,還對其心理健康和人際關係產生了正面的作用。

Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of many people's lives. The usage rate of mobile phones among high school vocational students is extremely high, which has also led to related issues such as mobile phone addiction and deviant behaviors. The main purposes of this study include (1) investigating the mobile phone usage behavior of high school vocational students, (2) analyzing the risk factors for mobile phone addiction among adolescents (individual, family, school, etc. levels), and (3) understanding the relationship between high school vocational students and the Internet Differences in various deviant behaviors among high-risk groups for road addiction. This study adopts qualitative research, by interviewing 3 tutors, 1 class tutor and 1 tutor, and 5 teachers were sampled for relevant interviews, and then the impact was analyzed based on the interview results. It aims to provide more comprehensive and specific data support to promote the in-depth development of academic research and provide a useful reference for social practice. Through comparison with a certain higher vocational student and a high-risk group for Internet addiction, we will gain a deeper understanding of the similarities and differences in behavioral deviations among different groups, thereby providing more specific and effective guidance for the intervention and prevention of mobile phone addiction counseling mechanisms. suggestion.
