高雄市彩券業人力資源管理策略之研究

A Study on Human Resources Management Strategies of Lottery Industry in Kaohsiung City.

摘要


本研究主要針對彩券業的人力資源管理及策略因素進行探討,以瞭解人員上班意願之影響因素。本研究使用訪談與問卷調查方式蒐集資料,問卷採便利抽樣方式進行。共獲得142份有效問卷,有效回收率71%。資料採用描述性統計分析、信度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析進行統計檢定。本研究結果發現: (一) 影響彩券業人員上班意願之因素有「招募與徵選」、「薪資與福利」、「上班時數與輪調」、「勞資關係」、「訓練與發展」以及「工作滿足」等六大面向。以「薪資與福利」與「招募與徵選」是最重要的影響因素。 (二) 不同性別、年齡、婚姻、子女數等變數在「招募與徵選」、「薪資與福利」、「上班時數與輪調」、「勞資關係」、「訓練與發展」與「工作滿足」均無顯著性差異;學歷僅在「薪資與福利」產生顯著性差異,工作年資則是在「薪資與福利」與「工作滿足」兩者具有顯著性差異。 根據研究結果,提出下列建議: (一) 業者應善用相關人力資源管理策略,招募合適人才,並改善員工薪資福利與工作環境,以提升員工向心力。 (二) 建議未來研究對象可將範圍擴大至全國性,以豐富研究成果。

The purpose of this research were to explore the factors of human resources management and to understand the key factors for work willingness of employees at the lottery industry. In-depth interview and questionnaire survey method by convenience sampling were used to collect data in this research. 142 valid samples were collected and valid rate was 71%. The statistical methods including reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results of this research were showed as below. 1. The six dimensions including recruits and selecting, salary and welfare, working hours and rotation, labor relations, training and assessment, and job satisfaction were used to measure the influencing factors for employees’ work willingness of the lottery industry. Salary and welfare and recruits and selecting were the important factors. 2. Different gender, age, marriage, and child were showed no significant differences on recruits and selecting, salary and welfare, working hours and rotation, labor relations, training and assessment, and job satisfaction. education level was showed significant differences on salary and welfare. Job tenure was showed significant differences on salary and welfare and job satisfaction. According to the results, we provide suggestions for industry and researcher. 1. To use strategic human resources management and to recruit suitable talents and to improve salary and welfare and working environment for enhance centripetal force of employee. 2. It can expand the research scope to enrich research material in future research.
