At present, Generation Z workers have begun to enter the Thai labor market, which will be an important force in various industries in the near future. It is therefore very important for organizations to prepare their business sector to design desirable human resource management to cope with changes in work values that will affect job satisfaction. The objective of the study was to observe the work values of Generation Z on job satisfaction. and to study the role of reward moderation in the relationship between Generation Z work values and job satisfaction. This research was conducted by a quantitative method using an online questionnaire to collect primary data. Data collected from 432 respondents in Thailand were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research findings indicated that work values and rewards have a positive effect on job satisfaction, especially, rewards can moderate the relationship between work values and job satisfaction as well. Therefore, to achieve the highest job satisfaction for Generation Z workers, managers need to clearly understand their work values and provide appropriate rewards.
