根據衛生福利部的統計,心臟病為近幾年來國人十大死亡原因的二名。 雖然國人的標準化死亡率持續下降,以致國人的平均壽命續增,但心臟疾 病的死亡率卻是上升,如何偵測心臟的健康情形,即早發現異常狀況並加 以治療,是很值得探討的議題。 心電圖是心臟搏動時在體表量到的電位變化圖,可用來監測心臟的生 理現象,藉由心電圖的測定,可瞭解心跳的變化情形,也可診斷各種心臟 疾病及自律神經的調控情形,為診斷心臟疾病一個很重要的工具。 在本論文中,我們利用LabVIEW發展出一套心電圖(簡稱ECG 或EKG) 記錄與分析系統。除了可以即時的記錄心臟所產生的生理訊號外,還能透 過心率變異度分析,來評估自律神經系統的調控情形,以及離線觀看先前 紀錄的心電圖訊號。其分析結果可供醫生研判是否有心臟疾病的參考。
According to the statistical data of Ministry of Health and Welfare, heart disease is the second cause of death of people in Taiwan. Although the standardized mortality continues to decline, resulting in the increasing of average life, but the mortality from heart disease is rising. How to detect the health condition of the heart, and take the precaution as early as possible should there be abnormal conditions is a worth exploring topic. In this research, we use LabVIEW to develop a electrocardiogram (abbreviated as ECG or EKG) monitoring system. This system can not only monitor heart physiological signals in real-time fashion, but also can analyze heart rate variability and detect arrhythmia. The HRV can be used to monitor the behavior of autonomic nervous system. The analysis result can provide doctors valuable information in detecting heart diseases.
