雙溶劑系統揮發與塗佈缺陷之探討

摘要


本論文主要是將溶劑在膠液配方中做修改,讓成品在缺點率部分能有效降低或維持,來達到成品的理想品質。而其膠液是所謂的壓克力樹酯,樹酯中含有許多化合物,包括溶劑,而溶劑中的丙酮及異丙醇是此次研究的對象,利用原膠液標準配方(LC101T-3)修改溶劑中的比例成為欲研究的調整配方(LC101-8)膠液,兩種膠液在相同的條件下,包括塗佈設備、基材、張力設定、成品的厚度、烘箱設備、溫度、進排氣量,利用烘箱設備將丙酮及異丙醇,於烘箱各室中分析出兩溶劑揮發的速率,其中各室烘箱溫度的高低,亦會影響溶劑揮發速率進而影響缺點發生的機率。 研究結果發現,標準配方(LC101T-3)及調整配方(LC101T-8)在各室烘箱的乾燥過程中,調整配方(LC101T-8)的溶劑乾燥曲線及缺點數量皆明顯優於標準配方(LC101T-3),不過,調整配方(LC101T-8)的塗佈溶劑爆炸極限卻劣於標準配方(LC101T-3),其原因可能是因為溶劑在配方的比例調整還沒完全達到理想化,所以才會使調整配方(LC101T-8)的塗佈溶劑爆炸極限不盡理想。

In this study, we will modify the glue formula to achieve the desired quality of products. And the glue is made from Acrylic resin that contains many compounds, including acetone and Isopropyl alcohol. The main research object is acetone and Isopropyl alcohol, we will use the original formula (LC101T-3) to modify new formula (LC101T-8). In the same conditions, we will analyze data of the two solvents to discover the rate of volatilization and coating defects interaction. And the temperature of each oven, will affect the rate of solvent evaporation and cause coating defects. This research result, in the drying process of each oven, the data include solvent drying curve and number of defects,The LC101T-8 all better than LC101T-3. However, The data of LC101T-8 explosive Limit is worse than LC101T-3, It may be the formulation adjustment has not achieved idealized.
