本研究研發出一種新型牙科燈模組,結合反射式LED燈與CCD攝影機,可以在一定的距離下產生無影效果並且減少眩光的產生。透過實驗量測LED在醫院環境20℃下運作8小時間的溫度與照度變化,以及使用CFD軟體模擬牙科燈模組,在不同網格數與不同環境溫度運作下的溫度變化,得出該LED在點燈至3.5小時間運作效率最佳,也證明了CFD軟體可以有效的預測牙科燈在不同環境溫度的變化情形。 本研究之牙科燈可以透過Wi-Fi進行即時的影像傳輸,將所拍攝到的影像傳送至牙醫師的個人電腦(PC)及工作中的螢幕,增加在看診時的便利性,同時也可以讓病患清楚的了解到自己口腔內的狀況,該攝影機在拍攝距離67~73cm成像最為清晰。
This research developed a new type of reflective LED dental light embedded with CCD camera capable of WiFi transmission function. This product reduces glare and is shadowless within a certain distance. We perform experiments and verify these experimental results using CFD numerical simulations at a temperature of 20℃operating for eight consecutive hours to observe changes in temperature and light power. We find that this light operate at the highest efficiency within a 3.5 operating span. Physicians can photograph oral cavities of a patient directly through the dental light camera, and then project these images on office screen for the patient or transmit them to distant porters via WiFi. The clearest images can be obtained within 67~73 cm.
