This study aims to create a Pet shop business plan in Hai Phong City, Vietnam, with an emphasis on supplies and services for pet care, is described. The strategy includes a succinct SWOT and PESTEL analysis of internal and external variables to help with strategic decision-making. A representative sample of 119 individuals in the study completed an online survey using Google Forms distributed online to four Facebook social groups for Pet owners living in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. Data analysis was carried out with the details of the Pet owners’ spending habits, along with the questionnaire based on the PESTEL and SWOT Analysis. The throughput data present analysis would be conducted after gathering the results from the surveys to create overall strategic plans. Next, an outline of a simple and practical plan about financial estimates and the combined insights from the PESTEL and SWOT analyses provide a thorough manual for navigating the neighborhood pet care market and building a five-year company presence for opening a pet store in Hai Phong City.
