抖音短片在中共對臺認知作戰策略之影響:以臺北市○○營區服役人員為例

摘要


隨著數位媒體的發展,社交媒體平臺如抖音(國際版稱為TikTok)已成為了現代心理戰的重要工具,特別是在認知作戰策略中扮演著關鍵角色。本研究旨在探討抖音短片在中共對臺心理戰策略中的應用及其對臺北市某軍營內服役人員的認知和態度影響。本研究對160名服役人員進行了問卷調查,回收有效問卷150份,有效回收率達93.8%,評估了抖音短片的策略性使用與服役人員認知、態度之間的關係。 研究方法包括信度分析、相關性分析、差異性分析及迴歸分析,以全面評估抖音短片的心理影響效果。研究發現抖音的使用頻率、內容類型偏好與服役人員的認知態度顯著相關,尤其是軍事或政治內容的態度開放性顯示了媒體內容在心理戰中的策略應用潛力。 本研究揭示了抖音短片在塑造服役人員心理狀態方面的潛在作用,為資訊戰和心理戰策略提供了實證基礎。未來研究可進一步探討抖音的推薦演算法和內容審查機制對資訊傳播的影響,並擴展研究範圍至其他軍事或民間團體,以深化對社交媒體在認知戰中作用的理解。

With the rapid development of digital media, social media platforms such as Douyin (internationally known as TikTok) have become crucial tools in modern psychological warfare, particularly in cognitive warfare strategies. This study aims to explore the application of Douyin short videos in the psychological warfare strategies of the Chinese Communist Party against Taiwan, and their impact on the cognition and attitudes of military personnel stationed in a specific barracks in Taipei. A structured questionnaire survey was conducted among 160 service members, achieving an effective response rate of 93.8% with 150 valid responses. The study assessed the strategic use of Douyin short videos and their relationship with the cognition and attitudes of the service members. The research methods included reliability analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis, all aimed at comprehensively evaluating the psychological impact of Douyin short videos. The findings indicate significant correlations between the frequency of use, content type preferences of Douyin, and the cognitive attitudes of military personnel, especially the openness to military or political content, which underscores the potential strategic use of media content in psychological warfare.
