外在環境變化快速、競爭激烈,組織需力求進步、成長及創新突破。員工寶貴的意見為組織進步創新的重要推力,亦為做決策時的重要參考依據。有鑑於建言行為的重要性,如何促進團隊內的建言行為,是組織可以努力的方向。 本研究以任務相依性及個人-團隊適配作為自變項,以團隊信任作為中介變項,探討其與建言行為之關聯,根據研究結果以提供於管理上之建議。本研究以台灣南部地區醫院以上之行政人員為研究對象,以結構式問卷進行問卷發放,共計發放202份問卷;以PASW Statistic第22版進行統計分析,以迴歸分析檢定變項與團隊信任、建言行為之影響程度與預測能力,並以階層迴歸分析檢定團隊信任對於任務相依性、個人-團隊適配與建言行為之中介作用。 研究結果驗證:(1)任務相依性與團隊信任為正相關、(2)個人-團隊適配與團隊信任為正相關、(3)團隊信任與建言行為為正相關、(4)個人-團隊適配與建言行為為正相關、(5)團隊信任對於個人-團隊適配與建言行為有中介效果。
The change of the external environment is fast, and the fierce competitions are increasing. Organizations must be progressive and try to breakthrough for catching up all the changes. Studies showed that employees’ opinions are the crucial driving force for progressing and innovating. According to the importance of voice behavior, how to accelerate voice behavior in organization become a major issue. We took task interdependence and person-group fit as independent variable, taking team trust as a mediator. The research data were collected from administrator working in a medical center or regional hospital in southern Taiwan. We used multiple regression analysis to examine the effect between independent variables and voice behavior, using hierarchical regression to examine the effect between those two independent variable and voice behavior. The results indicated that:(1) Task interdependence was positively related to team trust. (2) Person-Group fit was positively related to team trust. (3) Team trust was positively related to voice behavior. (4) Person-Group fit was positively related to voice behavior. (5) Team trust had partial mediation effect on the relationship between person-group fit and voice behavior.
