Logistics has appeared in Vietnam two decades ago, through process integration. Logistics devoted 15-20% GDP of Vietnam is proportionate to US$12 billion each year. Beside the development of economic growth, the demand of transporting goods becomes more and more significant. But domestic Logistics companies are missing out of the market share. Multinational companies are dominating the Vietnam transportation market. In order to find out the problems of losing market shares for domestic logistics companies, logistics service suppliers must know what particular impact factors are on their competence. Therefore, this research aims to locate impact factors affecting the ability of Vietnam Logistics companies by employing quantitative method from data collected while analyzing the outcome with those factors. In doing so, domestics companies can operate in more efficient way while enhancing their competitiveness.
