設計一個具備數據採集系統的改良型無線拔罐裝置

摘要


近年來,傳統的拔罐療法越來越受歡迎。在治療的過程中,因為治療師使用人工方式向拔罐杯手動抽出空氣,這樣無法得知每個拔罐裝置的壓力是否一致。在我們先前開發了一種基於網頁使用者介面的定量拔罐系統[1],也發現了其中存在電力問題和儲存資料的問題。本研究旨在設計一個協助拔罐裝置收集數據的主機,並且改善原有裝置的電路。本研究主要分為兩個部份,拔罐裝置和主機裝置。第一部份由市售的 3V 鹼性電池、自行繪製的電路板(PCB)、OLED 螢幕和拔罐杯組成。在電路板中,改善了電源供應器的電路設計,以達到省電效果。該拔罐裝置作為此研究的發送端,使用 ESP8266 無線模組作為微控制器。第二部份是由 LCD 螢幕和 ESP32 無線模組組成的數據採集系統,作為研究的接收端,利用 Arduino IDE 撰寫程式進入 ESP32 開發板,透過 ESP-NOW 自動配對,以無線的方式收集拔罐杯裝置的壓力感測器和距離感測器數值,顯示於 LCD 螢幕上並傳送到電腦(PC)裡。傳送到電腦中的數據可以被儲存,並可以在 EXCEL 中開啟觀察。通過這種方式,可以監控杯中的壓力值和軟組織抬升高度,從而即時觀察治療過程中的變化,並且無線傳輸的方式會使治療師在操作上更方便,減少了多餘的電線也使治療環境更整潔。

In recent years, traditional cupping therapy has become more and more popular. During the treatment, because the therapist manually pumps air out of each dry cups, it is impossible to know whether the pressure in each cupping device is consistent. We have previously developed a quantitative dry cupping device based on a web user interface [1] and found that there are power problems and storage data problems. This thesis aims to design a data collecting system and improve the circuit of the original device. This thesis is mainly divided into two parts, the cupping device, and the data collecting system. The first part consists of commercially available 3 V alkaline batteries, printed circuit board (PCB), OLED screen and dry cups. In the PCB, the circuit board design of the power supply is improved to achieve power saving. The cupping device as the sender of this thesis uses an ESP8266 wireless module as the microcontroller (MCU). The second part is a data collecting system consisting of an LCD screen and an ESP32 board. The Arduino IDE is used to write programs to the ESP32 wireless sender and receiver module of this thesis. Pressure sensor and distance sensor reading values collected from the cupping devices are wirelessly transmitted through ESP-NOW with auto-pairing, displayed on the LCD screen and also transmitted to the personal computer (PC), where the data transferred to the PC can be displayed as graphs, and stored and opened in Excel for analysis. In this way, the pressure values and soft tissue lifting height in each suction cup can be monitored, and any changes in the treatment process can be observed in real time. The use of wireless transmission makes it easier for the therapist to work, and the reduction of excess cables also makes the treatment environment neat.
