近年在探討老舊建築物修復補強問題,或是地震後之建築物修復補強問題上,鮮少考量到施工技術成熟度及適當工法選擇性。故本研究將根據蒐集國內常見之既有老舊建築物耐震補強工法,針對不同類型建築物,予以分類彙總各類不同形式補強工法,進而探討研究如何選擇及應用補強工法,同時在論文作者參與之各種補強施工實際案例,探討耐震能力補強的施工管理程序。 對於選擇耐震補強之工法考量:以不影響生活空間、最低維護保養成本、能達到環保節能及使用普遍性建材為原則。在對於建築物補強施工法選擇重點:完整的規畫各種構材損壞修復設計及施工步驟、建構嚴謹且有效的結構補強施工工法及流程及比較各種補強工法之優缺點(包含施工性、價格、工期等因素),才可得到最佳方案。
In recent years, discussing the problem of building repair and reinforcement after the earthquake, or the construction technology maturity and the appropriate method selectivity are rarely considered. Therefore, this study will classify and summarize various types of reinforcement methods for different types of buildings according to the collection of common earthquake-resistant reinforcement methods for existing old buildings, then explore how to select and apply reinforcement methods for various reinforcement constructions.The author of the paper participated in various practical examples of rein- -forcement construction, and discussed the construction manage- -ment procedures for strengthening the earthquake resistance. Considering for the choice of seismic strengthening method: the principle of not affecting living space,minimum of mainten- -ance costs,environmental protection and energy conservation, and the use of universal building materials.
