在台的越南移工工作滿意度影響因素之研究

摘要


台灣截至 2018 年 10 月底,在台外籍勞工人數總計為 70 萬 3162 人,其中越南移工22萬1569人(占 31,51%),而且這些越南移工又主要分布在台灣的製造業。目前越南外勞是台灣外勞的主要來源國之一,然而越南外勞來台工作之後,在工作滿意度以及生活品質上究竟有哪些問題,實應加以探究。基此,本研究主旨係探討越南外勞來台之後,在工作與生活中面對哪些因素導致影響到工作滿意度與生活品質。 本研究採用問卷調查方法,共發出 450 份問卷,回收 404 份, 有效問卷 324 份。本研究是採取SPSS軟體為資料分析工具,針對樣本資料進行分析。研究結果顯示,越南外勞來台工作主要原因為該善家中經濟條件(69.4%),所以越南外勞喜歡加班的人數的比例很高(88.3%)。本研究獲得之結論如下: 一、 個人因素包含個人性格,休閒因素,語言能力對於越南外籍勞工的工作滿意度都有顯著影響。 二、 工作因素包含工作環境,薪資,工作壓力,工作關懷對於越南外籍勞工的工作滿意度也顯著影響。 三、 環境因素包含個人環境與文化差別對越南外籍勞工的工作滿意度有顯著影響。 四、 工作滿意度對生活品質有顯著影響,越南外籍勞工有較高工作滿意度具有較高的生活品質。 本研究亦依據述結論,針對業者及越南移工提供具體的實務建議。

Currently, Vietnamese foreign workers are one of the main source countries of Taiwanese foreign workers, after the Vietnamese foreign workers came to work in Taiwan, what problems should exist in terms of job satisfaction and quality of life should be explored. Based on this, the main purpose of this study is to explore what factors affecting job satisfaction and quality of life in the work and life after Vietnamese foreign workers come to Taiwan. This research by using of questionnaire survey, there are 450 questionnaires were issued and got 404 questionnaires return. 424 documents are valid questionnaires. This study used SPSS software as a data analysis tool to analyze the sample data. The research shows Vietnam foreign labors to work in Taiwan mainly due to improve family economic condition (69.4%). So that labors who willing to work over time have very high percentage (88.3%). The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). Personal factors include personal personality, leisure factors, and language proficiency have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of Vietnamese foreign workers. (2). Work factors include work environment, salary, work stress, and job care also have a significant impact on job satisfaction of Vietnamese foreign workers. (3). Environmental factors include personal environmental and cultural differences have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of Vietnamese foreign workers. (4). Job satisfaction has a significant impact on quality of life. Vietnamese foreign workers have higher job satisfaction will have a higher quality of life. Based on the conclusions, this study also provides specific practical advice for Vietnamese foreign workers.
