現代化科技醫療需要大量的用電,如果電力來源不穩定,其後果比沒有電力更嚴重,更可能會造成醫療設備精密儀器的燒毀、醫療檢查檢驗結果不準確或中斷必須重作。本研究探討不斷電系統規劃、設計、建置到營運,醫院對於就醫的病人有責任確保其所在處環境與醫療設施設備是安全的,而可靠的電力品質是確保醫療設施設備安全運轉的首要條件。 不斷電系統採用分散式各機房或集中動力中心的設置方式應視規模而定,既有醫院為早期小型醫院模式逐漸成長,不斷電系統設置上隨著醫療體系的擴大而增加,在於新建醫院工程設計上因為整體性規劃規模大、樓地板面積廣,設備維護上有前例可循,建議採集中模式。以新建醫院工程內機電工程金額來對照比較,不斷電系統所佔金額比例並不高。因醫院需安全可靠的電力維持醫療設備的穩定性,所以在設計規畫上會是2.5倍備載容量,以因應日後單位空間調整、用電需求擴增且面臨天災地變時醫院是個大量湧入民眾之避難場所。
The modern medical technology requires a lot of electrical power. But if the source of power supply is unstable or unreliable, the consequences may be much worse than the lack of electricity. Such as the electrical surges may cause medical precision instrument destructed and electricity suddenly interrupted may cause the mistake of medical examination or error. This study is discussing about the program, design, creation, and operation of UPS system. The hospitals have the responsibility to ensure that the patient's environment and medical facility are safe. The reliable quality of electrical power is the most important condition to ensure the safe operation of medical facilities. UPS system using decentralized design or centralized power center settings should be depending on the size of the facilities. Because the scale of hospital’s operation has grown year by year, the UPS system set up along with the medical system expansion and increase. New hospital engineering designs have suggested using centralized power center settings because of the overall planning large-scale, the floor area would be wide, and there are precedents on the maintenance of equipment. Comparing the new hospital electromechanical engineering procurement amount, the UPS system has lower proportion. Hospitals need to be safe and reliable electrical power supply to maintain the stability of medical equipment, so the design program will be 2.5 times the reserve capacity in response to the future adjustment of unit space, electricity demand increasing and the hospitals become refuge for many disasters.
