清水磚防治白華方法之研究

摘要


有關於卜作嵐材料及高分子材料研究已成熟,並已確認能有效增加強度的安全性,且具有環保經濟之特性。唯針對卜作嵐材料及高分子材料運用於清水磚牆疊砌施工,其結果是否能夠抑制或導致更多白華量,為本研究探討的重點。 本研究試驗發現,以卜作嵐及高分子材料取代水泥之最佳比例為爐石粉15%,飛灰為25%,矽灰為20%,另外壓克力膠為5%。灰縫比紅磚更容易產生白華,唯在恆溫恆濕櫃與戶外觀察試驗中,矽灰水泥砂漿產生白華的量最少;一般紅磚表面有白華現象,泡膠紅磚則無白華現象產生;另在不同水質試驗中發現,使用地下水時矽灰水泥砂漿黏結層並無白華產生;在一般實務上,施工所使用的水源大部分來自於地下水源,故採用矽灰水泥砂漿較能抑制白華的產生,也能有良好的握裹黏結強度;戶外觀察試驗中,矽灰水泥砂漿、爐石水泥砂漿和壓克力水泥砂漿黏結層皆沒有出現白華的現象。

Pozzolan materials and polymer material have been widely used based on a plenty of research in concrete construction due to their high strength, environmental protection and high economical effectiveness. In this study, the use of Pozzolan material and polymer material on masonry work are investigated in particular for efflorescence control. The test results show that efflorescence appears mostly on mortar joint than that on red brick itself. Optimal amounts of pozzolan materials and polymer material replacing cement for mortar joint are: 5% for slag, 25% for fly ash, 20% for silica fume, and 5% for acrylic adhesive, irrespectively. The least amount of efflorescence was produced for silica fume cement mortars. Efflorescence appears on regular red brick, but no efflorescence occurs on polymer-coating red brick. In addition, least efflorescence on the adhesive layer of silica fume cement mortars can be found. In Taiwan, groundwater is the main source adopted in masonry construction. Thus, the use of silica fume cement mortars provides a better ability of efflorescence control as well as bond strength. From outdoor observation, no efflorescence is found on the adhesive layer of silica fume cement mortars, slag cement mortars, and acrylic cement mortars.
