輔酵素Q10 是一種存在於體內細胞的物質,他是一種抗氧化劑,科學家相信抗氧化劑可以對抗被稱為自由基的對身體有害粒子,因為自由基會造成老化,以及健康問題、心臟病、癌症。近年來,化妝品界發現輔酵素Q10是不錯的皮膚護理成份。 本研究是建立一套HPLC的分析方法來檢測美容水膠貼布中輔酵素Q10的成份含量與穩定性,移動相為甲醇:二氯甲烷,比例為65:35,層析管柱是 ODS Hypersil (4.6mm × 250mm ; 5μm),流速:1 mL / min,注射量:10μL,偵測波長:275 nm,此分析條件可在十分鐘內完成,輔酵素Q10波峰出現在6.28分鐘。 在分析方法的確效中,Coenzyme Q10的分析結果如下:相對標準偏差(RSD)介於0.11%到1.45%之間,其回收率為92.09%至101.76%,線性迴歸係數(R2)為0.9991,偵測極限是0.53 ppm,定量極限為1.74 ppm 。 在安定性試驗結果中,分別存放25℃和40℃之中,在此條件下存放六個月。發現Coenzyme Q10水膠貼布的外觀並不會有變化,顏色以依然保持淡黃色,在25℃條件下Coenzyme Q10含量含有92.18%,在40℃條件下輔酵素Q10含量含有85.34%。
Coenzyme Q10 is a substance, it is found in almost every cell in the body, and it is a powerful antioxidant. Scientists believe free radicals contribute to the aging process, as well as a number of health problems, including heart disease and cancer. Lately, cosmetic scientist found that Coenzyme Q10 is a relatively good ingredient in skin health. In the research, a gas chromatography method was developed to determine the content and stability of Coenzyme Q10 in beauty hydrogel patch. The mobile phases were methanol and dichloromethane with the ratio of 65 to 35. Chromatographic column is ODS Hypersil(4.6mm × 250mm ; 5μm), flow rate set at 1.0 mL/min an injection of 10 μL, UV/Vis absorption set at 275nm, total run time was 10 min, Coenzyme Q10 peak at the 6.28 min. In the analytical method validation of Coenzyme Q10 in beauty hydrogel patch, the results of relative standard deviation are between 0.11% and 1.45%; the results of recovery are between 92.09% and 101.76%; the result of linear regression coefficient is 0.9991; the result of limit of detection is 0.53 ppm; the result of limit of quantification is 1.74 ppm. In the stability tests, Coenzyme Q10 beauty hydrogel patch was placed in the room temperature condition (25℃) and the accelerated condition (40℃) for six-month stability test. The appearance of product did not significantly change and the content of Coenzyme Q10 was declined to 92.18 % in the room temperature test and declined to 85.34% in the accelerated test at the six month.
