When the gas heat gun is used, it will cause problems such as flame non-directional, uneven temperature, high noise, etc., resulting in low heating efficiency, waste of gas, and operational safety concerns.In this study, the introduction of computer-aided technology, the completion of test samples and proofing data, the data analysis, and gradually find the appropriate improvement design. This research uses fluid mechanics, product design and computer-aided engineering, and develops tools such as test methods, self-made tools, decibel meters, anemometers, and thermal imaging cameras. Data was obtained by testing a large number of high-pressure gas heat gun samples of this study as a standard to improve the next sample to achieve better than current commercial products. Finally, the advantage of the high-pressure gas heat gun of this study was obtained by quantitatively comparing the difference between the gas hot air gun on the market and the gas heat gun data in this study.
