台灣護具廠商製程自動化個案研究

摘要


生產單位運用人機協同走向自動或半自動化生產,在未來的自動化生產中,製造端上的每台機器都能夠相互對話,甚至能和上游的原料供應鏈做連結,並掌握生產線供料的狀態,控管每一個製程的順暢度,讓企業團隊成員能夠輕鬆了解生產效能,並把握每一個效能商機,從訂單到出貨的價值實現,產品及其生產系統生命週期工程的整合,避免不必要的浪費,以達到自動或半自動化生產工廠的精髓。 在目前競爭激烈的市場局勢,品質要求日愈嚴苛,人工成本不斷攀升的現狀下,企業發展承受著沉重的成本負擔,基於此擬透過此份研究進而改善企業的競爭力。為提升產業之製程能力,醫療護具製程更需精簡人工及節約成本的製程改善。本研究是以醫療護具之生產系統,應用自動輸送物件結合工作站運轉之製程模式,改善現行由人力傳送物件之分段式的生產之改善。 根據結果顯示:經由自動輸送系統之導入,不僅消除了現行人力移動物件之人力浪費,也解決人力不穩定的缺陷,進而不斷地持續調整改善製程,改善後亦因是一致性之動作產生,致使品質更穩定,此外主管支持很重要,同時建立改善之知識庫,員工教育訓練講習時能考量不同國籍的需要,不僅產能效率提升22.2%、人力節省20%、改善效益精簡工時48%。

The produce department utilizes human-machine collaboration to automated or semi-automated production. The machines on the workstation are able to have conversation to each other even make a connection with the suppliers and control the status of the raw material, smoothness in every procedure in the future. In order to make the employees to realize easily the productive efficiency, and grasp the business, the realization of the value from the order to delivery, tasks integration the products and the system, to avoid unnecessary waste as possible as it can, and reach the target of automated or semi-automated factory. Nowadays, the fierce competition in the market, the strict requirement of quality, and the labor cost increasing continuously, these factors are the heavy cost burdens for the company emprise. For the reason, I would like to improve the company emprise competition through the research. To raise the process capability for the industry and improve the process to save the cost, it needs more to simplify the human in the process for orthopedic. The research is based on the manufacturing system for orthopedic with the application of automated transporting objects model which is combined with workstation, to improve the segmented production with human transporting. According to the result, through the automated transfer system, it not only eliminated the human waste for moving the objects, resolved the defective in human instability, but also kept improving and adjusting the procedure. After the improvement, it would be more stable the quality due to the consistent action. It is very important for the support from the supervisors, the knowledge base for the improvement, the training for the employees for different nationality. It not only could raise the manufacturing efficiency to 22.2%, but also save labor 20%, reduce the labor time 48%
