建置精油之雲端資料庫與手機APP

摘要
dōTERRA是一間知名的美商公司，主要銷售在精油方面，精油的使用的種類繁多，依照不同的種類有不同的使用方式與不同的效果。由於種類繁多，使用者對於大部分精油的使用的功能卻是模模糊糊，只知一二，基於傳統的方式，須透過諮詢廠商的方式來取得精油方面用法的傳統方式。進而網路時代的來臨，使用者可透過通訊軟體的方式諮詢服務，將所需要了解的問題留言給廠商，等待數時或數日，代廠商回復來了解產品的功用，這樣的方式不僅需要透過較含糊的方式進行詢問，與等待較久的時間取的答案，造成不便利性，由於這中間存在了不能及時取得想要資訊的不方便。本篇針對該精油商品，使用近代非常熱門的雲端資料庫建置，進行E化的網頁製作，讓使用者可透過電腦瀏覽器與手機APP的方式，將產品透過網頁的方式呈現，將各項精油產品進行單方精油與複方精油的戲分，並將各種精油的功詳細的說明，使用者可利用查詢的功能，查詢符合自己所需要的產品，該產品也可透過手機APP的方式，既使出門在外，只要手機有網路，就可查詢該產品的資訊，徒增了許多便利性。

dōTERRA is a well-known American company which sells essential oil as their major product, there are various ways to use the essential oil, and furthermore, customers can experience different effects according to the way and the types of oil they use. However, because there are too many kinds of essential oil, the majority of users often has vague concepts and only knows little about their function. According to traditional method, customers have to contact with company to figure it out. As the arrival of the internet, users maybe are able to search for help through communication applications which allow them just leave the question to the company and then wait for answers. The methods not only cause uncertainty among customers but also take a long period of time to get answers from consultants. This causes the inconvenience of information transfer. Therefore, in this essay, a Web system included cloud database and website page is built to provide more detailed information of multi and single essential oils for customers via Internet browser or mobile app. . In addition, the function of Web system can help customers to find their ideal product, and also it is possible for them to search information of products anywhere as long as they have their smartphone connecting to the Internet. Finally, the result shows the Web system can make substantially progress than ever before.
