目前實現遠程監控現場控制器之方法依其特性不同可使用不同的方式,控制器之程式內容所代表之相關變數名稱與資料,不同廠商的控制器皆有其不同定義方式,提高資料整合的複雜性。技術上雖可於監控層將資料轉換整合,但資料之對應亦須產生對應表,造成維護人員之不便,增加維護成本與時間。且資料變數名稱與資料經過轉換後,至上層系統分析時,系統往往無法取得現場層控制器之程式內容的正確位置。因此,若可藉由遠程使用者端,確認程式內容之正確性並提供網際網路及資訊科技來提供對設備之遠端連結、操控、設定、性能監督、資料收集與分析之能力,以達到快速診斷與修復系統的目的。在本論文中,我們以OPC XML、網站服務(web services)搭配崁入式系統相關技術來開發一個具整合考量的遠程系統架構,以便在資料整合的一致性基礎架構上,提供診斷資訊整合與診斷流程的自動化。在此架構中設計一個控制器與遠端控制系統轉換元件,提供遠端診斷操作的使用性,以增加系統於遠端控制中可隨時監控系統控制器,同時透過此轉換介面,可將過去原本獨立於系統中之早期控制器加入目前置系統中。系統主要的功能包含有監測點資訊之擷取、顯示與儲存,查詢、分析與管理等。
Industrial remote controller offers a variety of remote control and monitoring solutions. Different controllers offer different methods to realize it. To define the controller’s tags or parameters are different from each other controllers. It will increase system integrate complexity. Although we could offer technology to integrate data layer into information, and have to make a mapping table for operator. It is difficult to maintain, and increase cost. When information is changed to data layer, the client will face a problem that could not find correct data address of the controller. So user can remote control local controller via OPC XML solution to check correct data and address. To support remote control, setting, capability supervise, data collect and analyze. In the thesis, we are making of OPC XML、Web Service and embedded control system to implementing remote control system. There is a converter to integrate early controller use modbus to the system. The system is able to support real time from remote sites to local site for data view, control, manage, and analyze.
