用於腫瘤熱療之高效率磁場感應加熱技術

摘要


癌症近年來已經成為國人十大死因之首,醫學上的治療方法有很多種,但大部分會造成很多的副作用。因此我們選擇用熱療的方式來針對癌症做治療,且癌細胞在溫度為42℃的時候就會被殺死。本篇論文是利用磁場感應加熱的方式來實現熱療,並改善了我們之前的熱療系統。第一,我們重新設計了磁路和感應加熱線圈以提供更好的磁場產生效率,並且系統架構是可移動的來符合各種病患的身材。第二,我們利用SMTLP方法藉由網路分析儀來量測磁性材料的複數導磁係數並利用其結果來進行數個系統的模擬分析。為了驗證其系統的加熱效果,我們也分別使用兩種不同的系統各做一次動物實驗,第一次是用我們重新設計的系統來做老鼠切肝和兔子的脾臟動脈切除實驗,第二次是用經過最佳化後的系統來做老鼠的肝及腎和兔子的腎加熱實驗,並在實驗後兩個禮拜,利用Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain和Masson stain兩種染劑來觀察細胞修復的狀況,也採取實驗前後的血液樣本來觀察器官是否有發炎的現象。

In recent years, cancer has become the first of ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. There are many treatments to cure cancer in medical, but most of all may cause many side effects. Due to this reason, we choose hyperthermia for cancer treatment, and cancer cells are killed when the temperature is 42℃. In this thesis, we employ the way of magnetic induction heating to achieve hyperthermia and improve our previous system. Firstly, we redesign our magnetic circuit and induction heating coils in order to provide well magnetic field generation efficiency and structure of the system is movable so that it can fit various figure of patient. Secondly, we use SMTLP method to measure the complex permeability of magnetic materials by network analyzer and to utilize its value to carry out several simulations of the system. To verify system heating effect, we do animal experiment each system. In first experiment, we employ redesigning system to resect the liver of rat and to burn the rabbit spleen artery. In second experiment, we employ the system after optimization to burn the liver and kidney of rat and rabbit kidney heating experiments. In two weeks later after the experiment, the usage of hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain and Masson stain to observe the cell repair, and blood samples is also taken before and after the experiment to show liver function of animals.
