「兩倆藝廊咖啡」空間再造之敘事研究

隨著時代進步的變遷，建築逐漸面臨老舊、閒置，然而台南老屋活化再利用的熱潮改變城市生活，成為民眾接受及喜愛的城市特色，大部分經營者為年輕的族群，更把城市中的老屋空間，作為發揮理念與傳遞思想文化的場域，理解複合式藝文空間建構過程，同時將藝術介入常民生活之中，老屋再利用為咖啡廳加上藝文空間的複合式，逐漸走向新興且頻繁的策略模式。本研究以兩倆藝廊咖啡的經營者爲研究對象與策展人相互輔助驗證，採用質性研究中敘事研究作為研究方法，對「老屋再利用」、「經營運作」、「展覽機制與策展人」三者與經營者的相互關係為主要探討之研究目的。本研究之主要結論如下：（一）再利用是受舊有記憶影響與經營者本身生長經驗有關聯作用，其重視背後傳達再利用的意義延續。（二）複合式經營間接影響空間的運作模式，超出相互預期的滿足需求，經營策略運用免費自有網路平台，屬個人化管理經營。（三）藝文空間的本質與機制，解決資源不完善的需求性，其空間物件轉化成展覽場域中輔助策展人之功能。（四）經營者特質是重視本質的實質主義者，顛覆了重於本質而無法經營生存的觀念，然而個人特質影響後續空間的經營方向。兩倆空間藉由老屋再利用振興區域的復興運動提昇居民生活品質，經營運作的模式和藝文空間展覽機制確實會因為老屋的關係而產生影響，同時藝術、生活、經營、老屋文化是密不可分的多者關係，回歸老屋之本質，由真實的文化意涵以及人對於老屋之認同感建立。最後本文期待透過兩倆複合式藝文空間的探討，能提供後續研究與相關經營者對於老屋複合式、藝文空間成功可能之參考。

As time progresses, buildings gradually facing old, unused. However the trend of Tainan old house adaptive re-use changing urban life, become acceptable by people and the favorite city features.Most operators are young groups, using the city's old house space as a play field for ideological and cultural ideas transfer, understanding the process of constructing complex arts space.While the artistic intervention into the lives of ordinary people, the old house re-use and art space cafe complex, gradually emerging and frequent strategy mode. In this study, the researcher use the operator of ‘’Liang Liang art coffee’’ and the Curators to assisted verification each other. Using qualitative of narrative research as the method. It focuses on the relationship between the operators and "old house recycling", "business operations", 'mechanism of exhibitions & curator’'.The main conclusions of this study are as follows :(a) Reuse is subject to the old memories of influence, and related to the growing experience of the operator, emphasis on the significance of reuse transfer and continuity. (b) Complex business model indirectly affect the operation of space, beyond the expectations of each other to meet the demand, the business strategy is free using its own network platform. It is a personal management business. (c) The nature and mechanism of arts space, is to solve the resource needs of the imperfect. It's objects transformed into the function of assisting curators in exhibition field. (D) The operator characteristics is the substance doctrine emphasis on the nature, subvert the concept of focusing on the nature and can not survival. Although personal characteristics influence the business direction's subsequent space. By the risorgimento of the revitalization area in old house, ‘’Liang Liang art coffee’’ enhances the quality of life of the residents. Business model and the exhibitions mechanism of art space indeed have influential by the old house. Art, life, management, old house culture are inseparable relationship. The essence of the old house is made for the real meaning of culture and people's identity establishment of old house. Look through the end of this study to explore both two composite arts space, can provide follow-up study with the relevant operator for the old house compound, arts space success may of reference. Finally, the study expected via 'Liang Liang art coffee' to explore complex arts space, and providing follow-up studies and related operators the reference of complex old house, arts space the possibility of success.
