台南市美髮從業人員人格特質在工作績效與生涯規劃之關聯性研究

摘要


本研究之主要目的是想了解美髮從業人員人格特質在工作績效上與生涯規劃之等構面之相互關係,以及探討工作績效對美髮從業人員與生涯規劃間關係的中介效果。 本研究希望經由對台灣美髮服務業的實證研究,透過對美髮從業人員的人格特質的了解,找出具有哪些特質的美髮從業人員有較佳的工作績效表現,對員工個人方面將有助於其在工作的勝任,而在組織方面,亦能藉由員工對於工作的勝任來提升整體工作績效,進而幫助其生涯規劃之擬定參考方向。 本研究以台南市之美髮從業人員為研究母體,以不同職務與不同店型為調查對象,共發放400 份問卷,其中以有效問卷323 份進行分析,研究之主要發現如下: (一)美髮從業人員五大人格特質中『神經質』、『開放性』、『嚴謹性』三構面存在顯著差異。 (二)美髮從業人員工作績效中『團隊合作』、『任務績效』、『公民美德』、三構面存在顯著差異。 (三)美髮從業人員生涯規劃中『生涯成熟』、『職業決策認知』二構面存在顯著差異。 (四)人格特質、工作績效、生涯規劃各構面間具有顯著的相關。 (五)工作績效會受到人格特質之影響,而工作績效進而影響生涯規劃,間關係具有完全中介效果。

The Purpose of this research to understand the relationship between job performance and career path settings with in the beauty parlor industry. This research hopes to understand the personalities of beauty parlor employees through actual experiments. The research is also aiming to find out what particular personality has positive effect on their job performance, increase job efficiency and thus help them in the long run when they are planning their future career paths. This research is based on the beauty parlor employees within Tainan City. Targets were classified with different job functions and from different beauty parlor stores. 400 samples were given out and there were 323 are considered as valid samples for further analysis. The research findings are as follows: (一)Out of the top five personalities,『Neuroticism』、『Openness to experience』、『Conscientiousness』have shown the main difference.。 (二)Within job performance evaluation,『Team work』、『Result performance』、『Civic virtue』、have shown the main difference.。 (三)With long term career planning,『Career maturity』、『Professional decision making』have shown the main difference.。 (四)Personality、Job Performance、Career Planning have shown they are directly linked to each other.。 (五)Job Performance is influenced by Personality,and Job Performance is influenced Career Planning,and thus they are directly related.
