本研究以美髪院對高職美容科學生的專業能力指標作研究主題,希望跳脫課 程教學不只是檢定實作技能,亦可結合業界訓練課程人才養成,已達學生在校所學技能得於應用於實際工作領域中,促使學生進入職場後穩定性與適應力增強,此為業界期望教育養成之首要部份。 而本研究問卷對象以台北、高雄兩大都市的連鎖美髮院與中型美髮院內之店 長(主任)、處長、經理、部長、經營者、及其它教育訓練工作者為母群體,採用德菲法專家問卷,透過單獨性開放式問卷,彙集各不同單位與不同層級的相關美髮院內專業訓練者之專業能力指標為其統整出相同的考量要素,並據此建立評估架構,彙整美髮院內專業訓練群體意見,計算各平均數值。 得以下結論: 1. 業者期望高職四技生所應具有的能力有專業技能、工作態度、人際溝通、 管理行銷四個構面。 2. 由德菲法問卷調查後,獲業者期望學界培育出高職生應具有18 項的基本專業能力;四技生應具有28 項的專業能力。 由層級分析法評估美髮院對高職生、四技生之專業能力指標,依平均值計算 後,獲高職、四技生於職場需求上較強調專業技能的養成,發現研究後與前者美髮院對學生學習之專業能力方向相符合,並以此次研究做為日後「職場專業能力導向學校課程規劃」之參考依據,促使學校教育出更符合現代潮流需求之學子,以提供產業界之人才需求。
This research aims at criteria, set by beauty shops, tomeasure professional competence of vocational students who specialize in hair and beauty. The researcher tries to make curriculum design not only tests practice but also combines curricula and training, in order to strengthen students' stability and adaptability. The population of this study is the directors, managers, commissioners, sector directors, owners, and trainers. This study adopted Delphi's techniques to draw common consideration elements from criteria set by professional hair designer from different units and different hierarchies through independent open questionnaires. In addition, the opinions were compiled through the evaluation structure and means were calculated from the data. The conclusions were as follows: 1. Practicians expect vocational school students and four-year college to possess four skills—professional competence, working attitude, communication, and management/marketing. 2. From the survey, it was founded that practicians expect vocation school students to acquire 18 basic professional skills on campus and four-year college students to gain 28 professional skills in school. After evaluating the professional competence criteria set by beauty shops for vocational school students and four-year college students by Analytic Hierarchy Process Theory, it was discovered that there is more emphasis put on training in professional competence for vocational school students and four-year college students and that this emphasis matches the learning direction to which beauty shops point for students. This research can be a reference to “Professional-competence-oriented Curriculum Design" and help school develop students with must-have expertise for working place.
