以聯合分析法探討媽媽包外型設計之研究

摘要


養兒育女,陪伴著孩子長大是一件很幸福的事,相對的也很辛苦,媽媽包的出現,就是讓家長和孩子享受親子休閒活動時,也減輕外出時大包小包的負擔。媽媽包就是讓媽媽外出時使用的包包,能讓使用者因為外出時需要帶著孩子,包包裡除了放置媽媽的物品外,還必須兼顧孩子物品的收納,所以消費者選購媽媽包時會考慮的因素,除了收納夾層、空間大小的功能性,舒適性以及外型款式的美觀性也是選擇的條件之一。為了瞭解使用者對於媽媽包外型的需求、喜好程度,本研究藉由質性訪談獲取媽媽包外型之屬性與水準,運用聯合分析法得出8種媽媽包外型屬性與水準的組合,再進行問卷調查、聯合分析法,最後得到媽媽包外型的最佳組合,研究結果如下: 一、手提帶、類型(背法)、裡外隔層、肩帶(背帶)這四個要素中,媽媽包使用者最先考慮的因素為類型(背法),其次為手提帶長度,第三為肩(背)帶是否有減壓設計,最後則是裡外夾層的數量。二、整體來說,消費者最喜歡的媽媽包外型組合為斜背包、長提帶、有減壓設計的肩(背)帶、較多的裡外隔層,最不喜歡的組合為多功能背法、短手提以及無肩(背)帶設計。三、從男女分類分析中得知,男性會選擇輕鬆便利的後背包且不需要太多隔層的媽媽包,女性則是選擇方便拿取的斜背包且需要較多隔層的媽媽包,兩者都喜歡長提帶和有減壓設計的肩(背)帶。從家中小孩數量分類分析中得知,喜歡的組合差別於隔層數量,家中孩子少的家庭較喜歡隔層數量少,家中小孩多的家庭較喜歡隔層數量多。從聯合分析法和再次訪談中得知男性、女性在個性上有很大的不同,男性就比較以自己方便為主,喜歡單純簡單就好,不喜歡複雜、麻煩;而女性就比較細心、有耐心,把小孩放在第一,希望能在短時間拿到小孩需要的物品,快速解決小孩的問題。研究的結果可提供銷售員、設計師在販售、製作時做為參考依據。

Raising children and growing up with children is a very happy thing, but it is also very hard . The emergence of the mother bag, is to let parents and children enjoy parent-child leisure activities, but also reduce the burden of large bags when going out. A mother bag is a bag for mothers to use when going out, so that users need to take their children with them when they go out. In addition to placing mother's items in the bag, they must also take into account the storage of children's items. Therefore, when consumers buy mother bags factors that will be considered, in addition to the functionality of the storage mezzanine and the size of the space, comfort and the aesthetics of the exterior style are also one of the selection conditions . In order to understand the needs and preferences of users for the appearance of the mother bag , this study obtained the attributes and levels of the appearance of the mother bag through qualitative interviews , and used the conjoint analysis method to obtain the combination of 8 kinds of attributes and levels of the appearance of the mother bag . Then carry out a questionnaire survey and joint analysis method, and finally get the best combination of the appearance of the mother bag . The research results are as follows: 1. elements of hand strap, type ( back method ) , inner and outer compartments, and shoulder strap (back strap) , the first factor considered by mother bag users is the type ( back method ), followed by the length of the hand strap, the third The third is whether the shoulder (back) belt has a decompression design, and the last is the number of inner and outer interlayers. 2. Overall, consumers’ favorite combination of mother bags are cross-body bags , long straps , shoulder (back) straps with decompression design, and more inner and outer compartments. The least favorite combination is more Functional back method , short handle and shoulderless (back) strap design. 3. From the analysis of the classification of men and women, it is known that men will choose a mother bag that is easy and convenient and does not require many compartments , while women choose a cross-body bag that is easy to take and requires more compartments . Everyone likes long straps and shoulder (back) straps with decompression design. From the classification analysis of the number of children at home, it is known that the preferred combination is different from the number of compartments. Families with few children prefer fewer compartments, and families with many children prefer more compartments.From the conjoint analysis method and the re-interview, we know that men and women are very different in personality. Men tend to focus on their own convenience, prefer simplicity, and dislike complexity and trouble; while women are more careful and considerate Be patient, put the child first, hope to get the items the child needs in a short time, and quickly solve the child's problem. The results of the research can be used as a reference for salesmen and designers when selling and producing .
