台南「雙城區」的主題風格民宿之探討
Research on Theme B&B Inn in the “Twin City Area”of Tainan City
摘要
自上個世紀六十年代，民宿出現在歐洲大陸以來，隨著全球化的發展，民宿先後進入了日本、台灣…等地。歷經數十年的發展，民宿在各方面的演變已趨近完善，同時也給人們出遊帶來了更多住宿方面的選擇，使得人們不再局限於傳統的酒店。民宿進入日本後蓬勃發展，而台灣地區的民宿則借鏡日本民宿的發展，至今也日漸成熟。 台灣各縣市的民宿發展，受到統一的法律法規政策、相似的人文情懷、氣候環境…等影響，存在著諸多共同點，除都具備各自當地之特色及人文景觀與情懷外，卻也存在諸多不同，例如：規模大小、經營模式、風格形式…等等，顯見台灣各縣市之民宿都還有可以進一步相互學習、發展的空間。 台南作為台灣的古都，當地特有的古色古香，傳統韻味，特色美食…等得到了全台灣諸多遊客的青睞。台南的民宿發展更是藉由旅遊環境的壯大以及政府政策支持而蓬勃發展，十幾年的時間，合法民宿之數量呈現十倍以上的增長，諸多特色風格的民宿呈現在眾人的眼簾當中。因此，本研究在台南「雙城區」選取數間富有特色的主題風格民宿，進行實地探查，並將得到的資料進行整理與分析，總結出各民宿的優異之處，以提供未來有志於台南「雙城區」發展觀光民宿之業者，相關主題風格民宿的發展類型與變化趨勢之內容。

The B&B inn, namely the bed and breakfast inn, first appeared in Europe in 1960s. With the development of globalization, the B&B inn has entered the market of Japan and Taiwan gradually. After decades of development, the B&B inn has improved its facilities and services, and provided more choices of accommodation for people in travel, so that people can be no longer restricted to traditional hotels. Once appeared in Japan, the B&B inn has witnessed a thriving development. Drawing lessons from Japan, the B&B inn in Taiwan has also managed to form a well-developed market. Influenced by uniform laws, regulations and policies as well as similar cultural and climate environment, the B&B inns in Taiwan’s cities and counties share a lot common features in their development. In addition to having local characteristics and representing cultural environment, Taiwan’s B&B inns also appear different scales, business models and styles. It is obvious that the cities and counties in Taiwan can learn from each other in developing B&B inn. As an ancient city of Taiwan, Tainan, with its local antique beauty, traditional charm and delicacies, has won the favors of many tourists across Taiwan. Because of the improvement of tourism environment and the support of government policy, the B&B inns in Taiwan have achieved rapid development. Over ten years, the number of legal B&B inns has experienced a tenfold-increase. A large number of B&B inns with unique features are available in the market for people to choose. Therefore, the thesis has chosen several theme B&B inns in the “Twin City Area” of Tainan to conduct field investigation. After analyzing the collected data and information, the thesis has summarized the advantages of those B&B inns, in order to provide the styles and changes of the relevant theme B&B inns for people who are intended to develop sightseeing B&B inns in the “Twin City Area” in Tainan.
