植之物語-群體的共生、寄生、附生

摘要
本創作論述以「植之物語─ 群體的共生、寄生、附生」為題。以現實生活、社會環境中所關心與喜愛的事物做為出發點，將想訴說的理念轉換為視覺呈現。「生存」是生物的原始本能，透過演化粗略區分為「共生」、「寄生」與「附生」三種模式，反思人與人之間的群體關係。將群體中複雜的情感抽離，呈現出最原始的生存本能。自身做為探討的中心，從個體與個體之間的相處模式出發，進而描述群體之間的人際關係。創作中，藉由刻與印製的過程宣洩自我情緒，透過重複動作不斷的思考與回憶當時所發生的任何事物。作品從無至有，在這反覆的過程中逐漸脫離當時的角色，以旁觀者的方式觀看著、訴說當時的故事，畫面中以植物和動物做為主要的創作元素，寄託想表訴的創作理念，找尋與創作相關的學理進行探討，釐清自我最原始的本質，並且在不斷書寫的過程中剖析作品之間的關連性。論述分為以下六個章節： 一、前言─以過去的成長背景作為開端，依照兒時所觀察的事物，找尋創作內在最主要創作的核心，釐清自我想傳達的意念。 二、創作學理相關基礎─ 透過直覺美學接收外在訊息，將直覺轉換於作品中，透過元素理性的呈現那隱藏在背後中感性情感，以象徵統整梳理創作思維。 三、創作理念與視覺呈現─ 動植物生存方式作為理念核心，依照這三點描述自身和群體的互動關係。視覺呈現為分析畫面中的元素構成與象徵意涵。 四、創作媒材與技法表現─ 媒材的選擇以及說明技法運用與自身的關連性。 五、作品解析─ 說明創作內容與畫面元素的象徵意義。 六、結語─ 從書寫過程進行檢討、勉勵，統整過程中找尋到未來創作的啟發。 關

This artistic creation was based on the topic of “The tale of Plants - Symbiosis,Parasitism and Intergrowth in Groups”, reflecting the caring and loving nature in today’s society through artworks. Survival is life’s natural instinct; through evolution it can be classed into three major categories - symbiotic, parasitic, and epiphytic. This is also observed in us humans. Extracting all emotions out of our behavior and showing only the natural instinct, using the artist’s self as the center of research, observing the interactions between the artist and others to show the interpersonal and group relationships. Through using woodblock printing, the artist repetitively reflects the scenes of what has occurred in life. By creating the artwork through repetitive printmaking process, it separates the artist’s self and the reality to create a third person view of the scene. Plants and animals are the main characters used in this artistic creation, they represent the artist’s self, group relationship and life’s natural instinct. The discussion is in six chapters: 1. Foreword – Background, motivation, and goal set by the artiest from artist’s life experience date back to childhood times. Finding the core of inspiration and the message to others through the works. 2. The foundation of creativity – Create art through self-awareness and instinct, present the sensibility and emotions through art. 3. Artist’s motive and visual presentation of the artwork – Using plants and animals to show the the three basic instinct of life. III 4. Creation medium and techniques – Explanation of creative medium, it’s inspiration and techniques. 5. Artwork analysis – Description of the content and symbolic meaning behind the creation. 6. Conclusion - Review, encourage, and integrate the artworks. Finding future motives.
