630nm窄譜紅光照射對人體皮膚膚質之影響

摘要


光療法由來已久,在各方面的臨床研究,目前已經相當的多。而早期主要的治療方式都以雷射為主,但由於雷射是集中的光束,照射時會產生大量的熱,光束範圍較窄,無法提供較大範圍的照射且較為昂貴,因此近年來逐漸被發光二極體所取代。本實驗利用發光二極體中的紅光,作為皮膚的刺激光波,來探討紅光照射對人體皮膚膚質之影響。以功率為3W的LED紅光(中心波長629.6nm、半波寬14.0nm)進行連續三週之光照刺激,以實驗者之雙手手背分別作為實驗區域和對照區域,探討經紅光照射後兩區域手背皮膚膚質之差異情形。 本研究以問卷評量法來評量每週膚色差異之心理感受,並採無差異、稍微差異、輕微差異、中度差異、中重度差異、重度差異來評估實驗區域和對照區域之皮膚膚質差異性。除了受測者之主觀感受外,也同時由第三者客觀評估其膚質差異。實驗結果發現,在總照射量不變的情形下,不同的照射方法皆可產生明顯的膚質變化,但以連續照射所產生的效果比較顯著。另外研究中也發現照射時間加長,皮膚的膚色和細緻度並沒有更顯著的改善。 關鍵詞:光療法、紅光、皮膚膚色、皮膚細緻度

Phototherapeutics has been used in clinical studies for a long time. Laser is commonly used in early applications, but its usage is limited due to the concentrated beam, heat, small treatment area, and most of all, the cost. Therefore LED was gradually replacing Laser and became the major tool in this study. 3W red light LED (max = 629.6nm, 1/2 = 14.0nm) is used to stimulate the skins and the changes of the skin properties are recorded. A three-week experiment is performed on the back of both hands in which one acts as the test region and the other one is the comparison region. Questionnaire evaluation is used to compare the difference of the skin properties between both hands with “No Difference,” “A little Difference,” “Slightly Difference,” “Medium Difference,” “Medium-Extreme Difference,” and “Extreme Difference” categories. Subjective feelings as well as objective observations are recorded and the results show that the skin properties changes during the experimental period for all experimental situations. But continuous stimulation is better than separate doses with same total amount, the results also show that lengthening the stimulation from 15 minutes to 30 minutes does not enhance the effect in skin color and fineness.
