新光保全經營關鍵成功因素之研究

A Study on the Key Success Factors for Business of Shin Kong Security

摘要


近年來國民所得與生活水準的提高,新建大樓與豪宅如雨後春筍般遽增,保全產業的需求與市場規模不斷擴大,吸引許多新的保全公司陸續成立,使得保全公司所面臨的挑戰也日益俱增。而四大保全公司總營業額占全台灣將近40%,符合獨占性競爭市場之特質。本研究採用文獻探討和專家訪談法,探討保全產業關鍵成功因素,並分析、歸納新光保全公司之關鍵成功因素,提出研究建議,以供其未來營運參考。本研究之結論為:新光保全公司主要的關鍵成功因素計有七項,即「標準作業流程與緊急狀況處理機制」、「市場聲譽與品牌知名度」、「公司誠信與客戶信賴度」、「服務品質與顧客滿意度」、「高端差異化或客製化服務」、「新科技產品加值」、「全方位保全業務」。並建議其檢視公司競爭性資源條件,結合網路科技規劃產品行銷策略、積極培養新進人才,才能永續經營。

In recent years, people’s income and living standards have increased, newly buildings and luxury houses have sprung up like mushrooms, the demand for security industry and the market scale have continued to expand, attracting many new security companies to be established one after another, making the challenges that security companies face increasing. The four major security companies account for nearly 40% of Taiwan’s total turnover, which is with the characteristics of an exclusive competitive market. This study adopts the method of literature review and expert interviews to discuss the key success factors of the security industry, analyze and summarize the key success factors of Shin Kong Security, and put forward research recommendations for its future operations. The conclusion of this study is: Shin Kong Security’s main key success factors include seven items: "standard operating procedures and emergency response mechanism", "market reputation and brand awareness", "company integrity and customer trust", "service quality and customer satisfaction", "high-end differentiated or customized services", "added value of new technology products", "all-round security business". It is also recommended that it review the company's competitive resource conditions, plan product marketing strategies in combination with internet technology, and actively cultivate new talents in order to maintain sustainable operations.
