本研究以臺灣造紙業之設備代理商為研究標的。新冠肺炎疫情於2019年年底爆發,於2020到2023年之間對全球的經濟型態造成了嚴重的影響。以貿易代理商之商業行為而言,以往主要經由實體訪談、介紹設備來達成。疫情期間改弦更張走向線上,本研究以半結構式訪談法進行。訪談對象為台灣造紙業之設備代理商及其它導入Google BI之專家,探討有關使用傳統表單與導入Google BI之效益差異。經訪談結果歸納得出三項研究成果。 1. 後疫情時代台灣造紙業市場復甦,連動到設備代理商亦跟著受惠 2. 以貿易代理商而言,其市場密度必然相對擁擠,業績成長的速度,也會相對地緩慢。經由運用Google BI提高詢價系統的效能,形成了與現有競爭者的差異化策略。 3. 由於有效改善人員執行的出錯率、提升了工作效能,同時也能夠掌握數據 分析的趨勢,使企業競爭力得到提升。
This study is based on the research of equipment agents in Taiwan's paper manufacturing industry. The outbreak of Covid-19 in late 2019 will have a serious impact on the global economy between 2020 and 2023. In the past, the business activities of trade agents were mainly done through physical visits and equipment introductions; however, during the epidemic, physical introduction was not possible, so the business was conducted online. This study was conducted by semi-structured interview. The interviewees were agent in Taiwan Paper Industry's equipment and the expert of Google BI to discuss the difference in performance between using traditional Excel and Google BI. Based on the interview results, the three research results are summarized. 1. In the post-epidemic era, Taiwan's paper industry market is recovering, and equipment agents are also benefiting 2. As trade agents density is saturation in Taiwan Paper Industry, and the sales performance growth will be relatively slow. By using Google BI to improve the efficiency of the inquiry system, a differentiation strategy with existing competitors. 3. The effective improvement of the error rate of staff implementation, the improvement of work efficiency, and the ability to grasp the trend of data analysis, so that the competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.
