不可一日無此君—論網路沉迷

本研究主要在探討生活中有關網路沉迷相關因素，及其衍生的問題與影響。首先本文回顧「104 年數位機會調查」網路沉迷研究，以及「106年網路沉迷研究調查」等開放文獻，並佐以國家圖書館搜論文共560篇；560篇論文中計有：人文、工程、民生、社會及行為科學、社會服務、建築及都市規劃、商業及管理、教育、設計、傳播、電算機、數學及統計、醫藥衛生、藝術等14個學門，而其議題相關因素不下數百因素。研究中採用文獻研究法，針對國家圖書館臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統所公開論文，有關網路沉迷、手機沉迷、網路成癮、手機成癮等議題，再佐以網路沉迷息息相關的十大危險因子，如：憂鬱、課業或工作壓力、無聊感、同儕關係不佳、神經質、低自尊、社交焦慮、家庭關係不佳、衝動控制不良、敵意，以及因子、因素與影響等論文關鍵字，蒐羅其對網路沉迷之關聯；因此，研究的焦點，雖聚焦於此十大危險因子，並探討其相關因素及其影響，實則在生活方面、情緒方面、課業方面，乃至人際關係方面，賦與溫馨的關懷，研究的統計和成果有效的呈現。

This study is focused on the related factors of Internet addiction in life considering its derived problems and influences. First of all, this article reviews the Internet addiction research of "104 Years of Digital Opportunity Survey" as a major material as well as the open literature "106 Years of Internet Addiction Research Survey". It provides the National Library of China to search for a total of 560 papers. Those papers include: humanities, 14 disciplines including Engineering, People's Livelihood, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Social Services, Architecture and Urban Planning, Business and Management, Education, Design, Communication, Computer, Mathematics and Statistics, Medicine and Health, Art, etc. The related factors of their topics are no less than Hundreds of factors. The literature research method is used in the research, aiming at the papers published by the Taiwan Ph.D. and Master's Thesis Knowledge Value-Added System of the National Library of Taiwan. It contains on topics such as Internet addiction, mobile phone addiction, Internet addiction, and mobile phone addiction. Then, the supplemented by Internet addiction closely related topics. Top 10 risk factors, such as depression, schoolwork or work stress, boredom, poor peer relationships, neuroticism, low self-esteem, social anxiety, poor family relationships, poor impulse control, hostility, and factors, factors and effects Therefore, the analysis of the ten risk factors, and discussing their related factors and their influences, is actually in the aspects of life, emotions, schoolwork, and even interpersonal relationships regarding to the warm care of life. The results are drawn and statistical analysis are shown.
