摘要


本研究主要目的為探討「鯰魚效應對團隊績效的影響」,並以人格特質、領導風格、企業文化及教育訓練與學習作為研究構面。本研究期望能夠檢驗出鯰魚效應是否對團隊績效有顯著影響,同時探討影響鯰魚效應的因素與條件,以提供組織管理者在人力資源配置和團隊建設方面的參考和建議。 本研究採用Google表單網路問卷調查法,自2024年1月開始進行,至2024年3月結束問卷調查作業。研究所使用的自編問卷共包含57題作為測量工具。共計發放194份問卷,其中有效問卷總數為188份,有效回收率達到97%。 我們使用SPSS 26.0統計軟體對問卷調查資料進行了多項分析與處理,包括敘述統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立t檢定、迴歸分析以及中介分析。以下是本研究的分析結果: (一)企業文化、人格特質、領導風格、教育訓練與學習均對團隊績效有顯著性影響。 (二)鯰魚效應於企業文化、領導風格、教育訓練與學習中對團隊績效具有部分中介效果。 (三)鯰魚效應於人格特質對團隊績效中具有完全中介效果。 (四)人口統計變數對鯰魚效應、人格特質、企業文化、領導風格、教育訓練與學習及團隊績效 存在部分顯著性差異。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the catfish effect on team performance, examining the dimensions of personality traits, leadership style, corporate culture, and employee training. The study aims to examine the value of the catfish effect and explore the factors and conditions influencing it, providing organizational managers with insights and recommendations for human resource allocation and team building. The study employed the Google Forms online questionnaire survey method, using a self-designed questionnaire with 57 items as the measurement tool. The survey was conducted from Jan. 2024 to Mar. 2024. A total of 194 questionnaires were distributed, and 188 valid responses were received, resulting in a response rate of 97%. After integrating the survey data, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 software to analyze and process the hypotheses of the study. The statistical methods employed included descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent t-tests, and mediation analysis. The results of analysis are as follows: 1.Corporate culture, personality, leadership style, employee training are all significantly positively correlated with team performance. 2.The catfish effect has a partial mediating effect on team performance concerning corporate culture, leadership style, employee training. 3.The catfish effect has a complete mediating effect on team performance concerning personality. 4.Demographic variables show minor significant differences in relation to the catfish effect, corporate culture, leadership style, education, and team performance.
