近年來,智慧型手機及雲端存取技術已逐漸普及,許多企業在管理場景上陸續開發並使用可結合工作流程的行動裝置應用軟體,而不具備開發能力與資源有限的中小型企業,使用進銷存軟體進行庫存管理,往往缺乏儲位管理相關功能,導致倉庫人員查找物料效率不彰且無法即時更新等情形,只能購置坊間資訊業者之套裝軟體,在Google收購AppSheet無代碼開發平台後,不需編寫程式碼,即可在智慧型手機上操作應用軟體。促使本研究應用Google雲端工具及Google AppSheet開發行動倉儲管理系統,透過實際瞭解A公司個案倉庫現況,確立系統需求,以系統架構方式實際設計行動倉儲管理系統,並將「儲位管理」做為核心概念,實際呈現在智慧型手機上運作之介面,A公司導入本系統後之效益,包括:自動更新庫存資料不需人工耗時,關鍵字搜尋物料位置耗時30秒內,上傳數據即時更新。期望透過本研究,能為缺乏自主開發能力、資源有限但有意願進行數位化倉儲管理之中小型企業,提供實際參考價值並帶來影響。
In recent years, smartphones and cloud-based access technologies have gradually become popular. Many enterprises have developed and used mobile applications that integrate with their workflow processes for management purposes. However, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with limited development capabilities and resources often lack features related to warehouse management when using inventory management software. This results in inefficient material retrieval by warehouse personnel and the inability to update information in real-time. They can only rely on information technology vendors in the market to make purchases. With Google's acquisition of AppSheet, a no-code development platform, SMEs no longer need to write code to deploy mobile applications that can be operated on smartphones. This research aims to utilize Google cloud tools and Google AppSheet to develop a mobile warehouse management system. By understanding the actual warehouse situation of Company A, identifying system requirements, and designing the mobile warehouse management system based on a systematic architecture, the core concept of "location management" is implemented. The interface of the system is presented on smartphones, and the benefits of implementing this system for Company A are compared before and after its introduction. Through this research, we hope to provide practical reference value and make an impact for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack independent development capabilities and have limited resources but are willing to digitize their warehouse management processes.
