隨著科技快速發展之下,金融科技(FinTech)在全球是一個最熱門的議題,銀行業因應金融科技的來臨,不僅改變了市場交易模式,也改變消費者的消費方式及生活習慣,同時銀行從業人員也須面對金融科技帶來的影響,因此本研究探討銀行從業人員的金融科技認知對工作績效之影響,並提出相關建議。 本研究採用問卷調查法,針對臺灣銀行從業人員為研究對象,總共收回有效樣本 202 份,問卷收回後進行資料彙總與統計,以敘述性統計、信度分析、探索性因素分析、相關性分析及迴歸分析進行假說檢定。研究結果得到以下發現:一、銀行從業人員願意配合銀行業的金融科技發展,會讓銀行從業人員更有效率的完成工作;二、對於銀行從業人員而言,願意學習使用金融科技,銀行會更重視他們的未來職涯發展;對於銀行顧客而言,金融科技接受度愈高,銀行會給予更多的金融回饋;三、銀行從業人員面對金融科技的變革,會憂慮自己工作被取代或被資遣,而產生較高的離職意願。
With the rapid development of technology, financial technology (FinTech) is one of the hottest issues in the world. Based on emerging financial technology, banks have enlarged their service types, their clients also have changed their payment pattern. As a consequence, bank employees have to face the impact of financial technology. This study explores the impact of fintech cognition for bank employees on job performance and provides some suggestions. This research adopts the questionnaire survey method, collecting data of the current bank employees in Taiwan as the research object, and a total of 202 valid samples is included. The hypotheses were verified by regression analysis. The findings are the following: first, the willingness of bank employees to cooperate with the development of financial technology would lead them to complete their work more efficiently; second, for bank employees, more willing to learn financial technology, banks are likely to pay more attention to their employees’ future career development; for bank clients, the higher the acceptance of fintech, the more financial rewards the bank would give; third, bank employees would worry about their jobs being replaced under the trend of fintech, resulting in a higher intention to leave.
