本研究目的旨在探討使用行動支付者對於生活型態、知覺價值與顧客滿意度之影響,以期能清楚了解民眾對於行動支付實際使用之回饋。本研究以使用過行動支付的消費者為調查對象,採用Google線上問卷,透過各社群平台於2022年3月發放問卷調查為期兩週,總計回收309份問卷。將問卷數據資料,經由SPSS統計分析裡的敘述性統計、信度分析、卡方分析、獨立樣本t檢定以及迴歸分析等統計分析方法,對本研究各項假設進行資料分析與處理工作。本研究結果如下: 一、消費者生活型態是正向影響行動支付知覺價值。 二、消費者行動支付知覺價值是正向影響顧客滿意度。 三、消費者生活型態是正向影響顧客滿意度。
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of lifestyle, perceived value and satisfaction of people who use action payment, so as to clearly understand the public's feedback on the use of action payment. This study takes consumers who have used mobile payment as the survey object, adopts Google online questionnaire, and distributes the questionnaire through various social platforms for two weeks in March 2022, and a total of 309 questionnaires are collected. The questionnaire data were analyzed and processed for the hypotheses of this study through the statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, chi-square analysis, independent sample t test and regression analysis in SPSS statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Consumers' lifestyles are positively influencing actions to pay for perceived value. 2. The perceived value of consumer action payment has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. 3. Consumers' lifestyles positively affect customer satisfaction.
