本研究探討採用自編「企業員工對環境感知、公司氛圍與組織忠誠之研究」問卷為測量工具,正式問卷發放300份問卷為調查樣本,回收問卷147份,回收率84.9%。問卷資料分析,則採用描述性統計、積差相關、路徑分析(Path Analysis)等統計方法,考驗影響相關變數之因素。據以提供五點具體之結論與建議,。經由探討後,得知以下五點結論 : (一)環境感知對公司氛圍具有顯著正向關係存在。(二)公司氛圍對組織忠誠具有顯著正向關係存在。(三)環境感知變數對組織忠誠變數之間具有顯著正向關係存在。(四)公司氛圍對環境感知與組織忠誠之間具有中介關係存在。(五)不同的人口統計變數在環境感知、公司氛圍與組織忠誠變數之間具有顯著性差異。
This study explores the used of the self-compiled questionnaire "The Research on corporate employees' perception of the environment, company atmosphere, and organizational loyalty" as a measurement tool. 300 questionnaires were issued as survey samples and 147 questionnaires were returned, with a recovery rate of 84.9%. For the analysis of questionnaire data, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, product difference correlation, and path analysis were used to test the factors that affect the relevant variables. Based on this, five specific conclusions and suggestions were provided. After discussion, the following five conclusions were learned: (1) Environmental perception had a significant positive relationship with company atmosphere. (2) The corporate atmosphere had a significant positive relationship with organizational loyalty. (3) There was a significant positive relationship between environmental perception variables and organizational loyalty variables. (4) The company atmosphere had an intermediary relationship between environmental perception and organizational loyalty. (5) Different demographic variables had significant differences between environmental perception, company climate and organizational loyalty variables.
