摘要


因應出生人口的降低,就學人數亦隨之減少中。相對的,學校的招生人數,也勢必有著相當大的影響!學生數遞減,相對的,學校中的行政人員,也必須有所裁員的措施。而在職員、工讀生人數每年減少的情況下,學校內部的作業流程仍舊複雜,傳統以工讀生人工處理流程傳遞之方式已不符合經濟效益與學校需求,且由於近年來資訊技術日新月異,因此許多學校紛紛朝向資訊化與電子化,之辦公室自動化的方向建立其資訊系統。不過近年來由於工作流程的需求,不斷增加,因此需要建立新的架構來滿足這些需求。 因此本研究即朝向資訊化、電子化與標準化之方向建立多用途控管之工作流程管理系統,以開放式之擷取層架構與彈性化工作流程之設計來提昇系統之擴充性與維護性,並可使用於未來不用工作流程之需求。此外,在工作流程管理系統中,可提供不同形式之流程處理機制與工作流程設計樣板,還支援多人或多個角色來同時處理工作活動項目,以增進人員工作效率、降低專案成本並且提高企業之競爭力。

Due to population birth-rate decreasing, therefore it causes the reduction of school students; relatively, the enrollment number of the school certainly will be much affected too. The count of student decreases progressively, therefore relatively, some of the school staff must face the layoff to some extent. Under the situation that school staff and part-time working students are decreasing every year, the operation procedure inside the school is still complicated; it doesn't accord with the economic benefits and enterprise's demand by using the tradition deals with the way in which the procedure transmits artificially with part-time working students. Because of technology advancing and changing in recent years, a lot of schools move towards the informationization and electronization one after another office automation, and set-up of their information system. But the demand in the workflow in recent years increases constantly so that it needs to set up new structure to meet these demands. Therefore the purpose of the thesis tries to set up the multiuse workflow administrative system toward to the direction of informationization, electronization and standardization. This research is also promoting systematic expansion, flexibility and maintainability with open architecture, and does not use the demand of the workflow in the future. In addition, the administrative system of the workflow can offer the multi-form procedure to deal with the mechanism, and still support many people to deal with the work at the same time. In order to promote personnel's working efficiency, it is competitive to reduce the project cost and raise enterprises competitions.
