摘要
上班族們，每天都在忙碌著工作，往往辦公桌上在短短的一二個星期，就會發現有很多的紙稿資料與檔案堆積在上，而自己的一些手稿筆記也夾雜其中，沒時間整理過後，就又塞進小抽屜中，雖然資訊科技在無紙化上有新的應用軟體，但是手頭上的紙稿是否也可以成為電腦中的檔案輕輕鬆鬆就可以管理，讓我們很方便又快速的讀取並對應原來的紙稿資料，並且也讓桌上變得更乾淨了。 三個臭皮匠勝過一個諸葛亮，是大家熟知的諺語。知識管理藉著有系統，有條理的步驟與方法配合著資訊科技導入企業，快速推展開來。 OCR後製處理資料分析與圖形歸檔，希望將紙稿資料掃瞄存入電腦後，可以做資料分析、歸檔與查詢，加入知識評價讓好的檔案得以優先被大家所讀取與參考，形成一個完整的知識庫。

Salarists work busily everyday. They would find many paper draft materials and files are being piled up on the desk and even some of their own manuscripts are mixed among them just a few weeks. After finding no time to put them in order、they would throw the papers into the drawers. Although information science and technology in no paper has new application software、it can be managed that the files can become the files in computer and we can read and correspond the original papers with computers. In addition、it can let the desks become clean. There is a famous Chinese proverb goes 「Three bad smell cobbler more than first Zhu Ge-liang」. knowledge management by using systems、logical process and methods combined with information science and technology channeled into enterprises extended fast. Post-OCR Data Analysis and Graphic File Management hopes that after scanning the paper draft materials and to store them in the computer,it can do the information analysis、files and acquirements. To join knowledge estimate to make good files have priority to be read and for reference、it can be a complete knowledge base.
