The purpose of this study is to examine the relevance and practicality of "Integral Mission" and "Transformational Development" in the churches of the region of creation, with particular reference to the impact on churches, pastors and congregations in different provinces. After serving in China for the past 20 years, I realized that most churches and pastors in China face a common problem: most churches rarely promote community (mission) ministry, and churches or pastors do not have a comprehensive understanding of the truth of mission. The church or pastor does not have a comprehensive understanding of the truth of missions, and believes that evangelism is fine as long as it is done, given the limitations of the environment. Most of the pastors and church leaders (volunteers or senior staff) do not or seldom speak from the scriptures on the subject of missions or whole-person ministry in the pulpit. The author began to promote social care ministry when he served in the Genesis area in 1993, and he has also motivated and influenced pastors of several churches to begin to focus on social care ministry. Afterwards, they began to gradually start many social care ministries. (e.g. day care for the elderly, student foster care, left-behind children, etc.) After nearly 30 years of ministry in the Genesis area, the author began to know that in other overseas missionary bodies, they also began to preach the "Integral Mission" and "Transformation Development "The author's years of ministry in the region of Genesis have shown that the concept of Integral Mission and Transformation Development can bring good results to the churches or pastors in the region of Genesis. It can also help churches to focus on ministries beyond the four walls of the church, as well as "Transformation Development" in the areas where Transformation Development serves. This missionary concept of “Integral Mission” was introduced at the Lausanne Conference in about 1974. Carlos René Padilla, a leading South American theologian and pastor, is known as the father of Integral Mission. Padilla argues that the practice of the "whole mission" can be traced back to Jesus himself and the church of the first century CE, but that the modern missionary movement since the late 18th century has been considered primarily in terms of geography, including mission fields that cross geographical boundaries and bring the gospel from the Christian West to non-Christian worlds. In this model, the role of the local church is limited to providing human, spiritual, and financial support for missions, and even the equipping and training of missionaries is delegated by the local church to specialized agencies.
