摘要

本案例是一4歲半男孩右下後牙區域疼痛，經臨床上仔細地區分診斷後，第一乳臼齒以牙體復形，第二乳臼齒以pulpectomy配合牙體復形填補，且經過24個月臨床追蹤的報告。而兩年內兩顆牙的牙體復形填補完好如初，但第二乳臼齒所呈現牙根吸收的情形，迫使我們相信：理想乳牙根管充填材料的選擇，確實還需要更積極地進一步研究與努力。(Taiwan J Pediatr Dent 2(4): 121-125,2002)

This case report presents a 4 and 1/2-year-old boy suffered from toothache over lower right posterior area. After carefully differential diagnosis, #84 was treated with OD restoration as mean time #85 finished by Vitapex pulpectomy and OD restoration. Clinical and radiographic follow-ups were made 24 months after then. The OD restorations for these two teeth were still perfect, but both Vitapex and roots of #85 were gradually resorbed during these 2 years. We believe that further studies are necessary to evaluate the filling material for pulpectomy. (Taiwan J Pediatr Dent 2(4):121-125,2002)
