摘要

局部斷髓常應用於因外傷牙冠斷裂導致牙髓暴露之牙齒治療。然而應用於治療發育未完成恆牙齲齒，導致牙髓暴露但無臨床症狀之病例，亦獲得極高之成功率。本篇病例報告即描述局部斷髓應用於發育未完成恆牙第一大臼齒，因治療齲齒引起牙髓暴露。文中描述局部斷髓治療之步驟，臨床追蹤結果並加以討論。

Partial pulpotomy has been utilized in teeth with pulp exposure due to traumatic crown fracture. Moreover, quite high success rate are also found in the treatment of young, posterior, symptom-free teeth with carious exposure. This case report will present an immature mandibular first permanent molar with carious exposure treated by partial pulpotomy. The treatment procedures and prognosis will be disussed.
