黃帝內經有關血的研究

摘要


《黃帝內經》是中醫學理論之根源,其所論述有關『血』的內容極為重要,舉凡人的生理、病理、養生、治療、針灸,都與治血具有密切的關係。而它所使用『血』字範圍極廣,內涵多樣,本論文主要在探討其義,並整理其理論。本研究以明.顧從德版《黃帝內經素問》及趙府居敬堂版《靈樞經》為主要根據,總共使用『血』字658次,本研究主要是以任谷庵、余伯榮、張志聰、馬蒔、吳懋先、王子律、王冰等七家之注作為參考,探討原文意義所在。並歸納全書有關『血』的理論精義,作為結果。本研究發現:《黃帝內經》中『血』字主要的醫學意義,有指構成人體的重要物質,循環運行於脈道之中,以濡養全身之外,精神、意識、生育、五臟六腑、十二經脈的營氣、衛氣,都是它的一種功能表現,各種高明的診療技術與創見,人體的生長、發育、壯盛、衰老以及疾病的狀態等亦皆如此。《黃帝內經》主要有112篇對於『血』字提出重要概念,如生理上,血的重要性;病理上,血的關鍵性;診斷時,先得血脈;治療時,皆在調血;針灸時,平衡血氣;攝生時,補脾養血的各種方法和原則等,均已具體的述及。中醫的整體觀念,正是血理論的特色,血主於心,藏於肝,統於脾,又分佈於肺、腎,平時皆依陰陽五行的生剋制化進行活動,與氣相互的作用,有病則千變萬化。血行於脈之中,充養著五臟的生理;血若流於版之外,則為離經之血,又直接傷害脈絡與臟肺。以上均為血理論的重要內容。此外並探討近代有關「血」病的研究,以中醫的證為綱,以西醫的病為目,以證帶病,採用雙重診斷,以中醫的療法為主或截長補短的治療原則,並介紹西醫臨床「血」病中常見的各類貧血,白血病,和出血性疾患的現代學說, 以及現代中醫治療這些疾患的臨床經驗與研究成果。貫徹「古為今用」的治學方針,希望中西醫學在「血」病這個領域裏能夠截長補短,求同存異。期能在臨床土建立一有效的應用模式。

The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine was the original source of Among the rich contents of this book, substantial parts referred to the study of“Blood”, covered the areas such as the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. physiology, pathology, health maintenance, therapeutics, acupuncture and moxi-bustion. The definition of“ Blood”varied with the different theme of each respective paragraph. To study and delineate the Theory of Blood is the object of this thesis .The main texts used for study were“The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine, The Questionnaire”by Ku Chong De who was the Ming Dynasty ,and“Book of the Holy Closet” from the Chu J en Tung collection of Chon Family, together with several other references. In these two books the term“Blood”appeared 658 times. For reference, this author consulted with seven scholars: Zan Co An, Yu Po Yung , Chaung Chi Chong, Ma Tze, Wu Mon Sieng, Wong Tze Li, Wong Bing. Based on the above, we analyzed and summarized the essence of the theory of“ Blood Based on the results of this research, we found that the term“ Blood”in“The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine”in medical science means the important material in the human being which circulated through veins and arteries to supply the nutrition needed for proper function of the whole body, such as mental, activity, production, the supportive and protective“Chi in the five solid organs, six hollow organs and the twelve medians.“Blood”is also the casual element which guided growth from childhood to senility. Without the function of“ Blood”,sickness could not be discerned and the brilliant achievement with invention in theory and practice with improved in clinical medicine would be lost. In 112 chapters related to“Blood”concepts. The whole concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine had its full rellection in the“Blood”theory.
