臨床病例報告－黃耆建中湯治療慢性B型肝炎急性發作

Case Report: Treatment of Acute Attack of Chronc Viral Hepatitis B with Huang-Qi-Jian-zhong-tang

摘要

這是一位23歲罹患慢B性型肝炎急性發作之男性患者，主訴倦怠乏力、胃脘脹悶，生化檢查GOT/GPT：246/472 IU/L，投以疏肝理氣，清利濕熱治療三個月，雖然症狀減輕，惟GOT/GPT仍無緩解，醫者診其為脾陽虛，以黃耆建中湯溫中健脾服用二星期，GRT迅速降至681U/L以至正常。

After receiving treatment with Huang-Qi-Jian-zhong-tang to warm yang and supplement spleen, the liver function (GOT/GPT) went normal. To treat chronic viral hepatitis B with Huang-Qi-Jian-zhong-tang is not often.
