摘要
台灣保全業初始於1978年起，迄今走過42年的發展歷程，經由社會政經與時局環境的演變，保全市場發展已成為興盛蓬勃的榮景，目前社區駐衛保全發展已成為保全公司最主要的營業項目，因此社區保全員成為社區安全防線的執行者，社區門禁安全與犯罪預防成為維護民眾生活安全與社會治安的重要連結，近年來由於住宅建築模式趨向集合式與高樓化，因而帶動保全產業市場迅速的發展，基於社會治安防護及民眾生活安全考量，社區安全對於保全維護的強化更朝向專業化的管理。本研究主要探討社區保全人員對於職場所發揮的工作效能表現，並探討勤務效能的改善與提升對策，促進保全人員對於社區職場環境得以勝任與發揮工作績效，並對於社區保全管理強化更加的安全保障。本研究結論探討（1）針對社區職場型態之面向探究，從社區保全職場環境型態對於保全員工作效能之影響情形分析；（2）針對社區管理組織面向探究，從社區管理組織運作與住戶成員互動關係對於保全管理成效之現況分析；（3）針對公司組織管理及工作承諾等面向探究，從保全公司及社區保全員提出改善保全工作效能對策之分析；（4）針對保全業經營困境之現況，探討社區保全人員工作效能提升與改善對策之建議方針。針對以上四大研究面向，從受訪者對各面向題綱的意見差異性分析整理，並彙整成研究結論，探究社區保全工作效能提升與改善對策，使得保全業者及消費者都能夠達到雙贏的局面。
